Objectives of Kiwanis

To give primacy to the human and spiritual rather than to the material values of life.

To encourage the daily living of the Golden Rule in all human relationships.

To promote the adoption and the application of high social, business and professional standard.

To provide a practical means to form enduring friendships, to render altruistic service and to build better communities.

To cooperate in creating and maintaining that sound public opinion and high idealism which make possible the increase of righteousness, justice, patriotism and goodwill.

What we do:

The Kiwanis Club of Daytona Beach is the oldest active service club in the Daytona Beach area, established in 1921. Our members are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and families worldwide. In the last 5 years alone, our club has raised over $200,000 and provided brand new back to school clothes and college scholarships for hundreds of children in our area. We have also contributed to many local worthy charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Children's Advocacy Center, Council on Aging of Volusia County/Meals on Wheels, Coalition for the Homeless, Futures, Inc., Mental Health Association of Volusia County, Christ Team, Association of Retarded Citizens, American Red Cross and the Child Care Research Network, just to name a few. 100% of the funds we raise go back into the Daytona Beach Area Community.
